Works for reading previous magazine issues, but appears to have a seperate subscription to the one purchased on the site with no way to link the two. I bought subscription to c&d on the site, and as I saw that it included digital access I downloaded the app, but I can not find a way to link my subscription to the app, so I cannot read the most recent c&d magazine.

Love it. I've been reading it for decades. Some of the cars they review are ridiculous, albeit interesting. I believe I've been reading it since it was called Sports Cars Illustrated. I think that was its original name.

C/D is the standard of American automotive 'feature writing'. That was also true when I discovered it in the late '60's, itself a time greatly benefitting from the famous in-house experts, opinions worth reading, much wit, and what has proven to be forecasts of best and worst trends we're still living with today. So, yes, I recommend Car & Driver for anybody to sample, enjoy discovering and assessing for themselves.
