Expense reporting is difficult and the app is clunky to navigate. You can't zoom in on uploaded receipts to see which one you're attaching. The expense comment box always gives an error message after entering a comment and pressing complete. You have to close the error message, then hit complete a second time before it will post. And most recently, the app won't even open. I use the biometric credential, but it just sits there with a gray screen and the wheel is frozen.

Worked well at the beginning, but then gave me a message that my pin is incorrect and it reset my pin. Had to login to website, select login with QR code, generate a new QR code, scan it with the app, and I got the message "QR code invalid or has expired." Even though I just generated it. Tried uninstall and reinstall the app, but it didn't work. Several months passed, and the app started working again. Today, I went to open the app, entered my pin, and it said invalid pin. Same issue as before.

Paul Stack
Doesn't allow zooming in on the receipt to see the content for reconciliation purposes. Will not allow a screenshot in attempting to do the same. Need to allow one or the other and preferably both.
