If I could, I'd give it less stars, 1st month was everything I wanted, everything after is not worth it. Half of the time it doesn't work and when it does, it's slower than having no signal or wifi, it's honestly faster to walk to where you have signal than to wait for this absolute waste of time and money to reboot and give you less than subpar internet. Don't believe the 39.99 deal, it's a sham, my bill has tripled and hasn't given me anything.

I give it a D- every time I pay for the internet bill each month, it acts up right afterward. It says it's on, but it's not connecting to anything at all, or it does, but it goes off & on randomly. I restart everything all systems, the internet thing, my wi-fi cords even unplugged it for a little while. But throughout the day & night, it still acts up randomly. Even when it's on for a little bit, it still loads slowly. I think eero needs to be fixed or upgraded because it's not good.

I have no idea what's going on. It acts up randomly for no reason. Some days it works fine but then it randomly goes out. I unplug it for a while, then replug it, but it looks like it's working, but then it goes back out again.. I checked if it needs to be updated, I checked my TV if it needs to be updated too, even restarted them both, but it doesn't work. I know it is an internet issue with eero. Because my friends who have different types of internet never have the same problems as eero does.
