They've somehow managed the impossible and actually made things worse. I tried to connect my watch to my new phone and was met with a message saying it was no longer supported (S3 Frontier). Well, since they force you to disconnect from the old device and delete all of your data in order to pair the watch with a new one, and my old phone is broken, I now own a fancy paper weight that doesn't even function as a normal watch anymore. Thanks Samsung. The future looks great.

I am so close to deleting this app and getting rid of my watch. A pop up window asking me to log in to my account pops up every minute or so - sometimes more frequently - and it doesn't matter if you do log in or not, it doesn't stop. Tried clearing the cache, updating, allowing background data, etc but nothing stops it. It's invasive and infuriating and continually gets in the way of other things that I'm doing on my phone. (Android phone, fully updated)

Watch was great until I made the mistake of updating about 3 weeks ago. Same issues as everyone else. Sleep no longer works right. Most importantly phone disconnects constantly. I depend on the watch to summon medical assistance if I fall. I had to use it for that purpose 5 times this year. Now I am afraid it won't function it properly in an emergency. Pretty scary for me.
