Update. Even worse so far this year. 2FA doesn't work via text. The header doesn't respect the safe area, so you cant read anything. Nearly six weeks later, you still can't login to the account manager on Android 15. This is one of the worst apps I have ever used and has gotten worse each year. I have to login each time I open the app to manage tickets. Sometimes login works, sometimes it doesn't. The greed of Ticketmaster knows no end.

Installed numerous times. Tells me to press continue or enable to turn on Geolocation. Trouble is there is no "continue' or "enable" button showing in the app. This is on a Samsung Galaxy A51. If you're going to make all tickets digital, you better make sure the app works on ALL phones. App sucks.

App is borderline unusable. My tickets won't always load. It constantly makes me re-sign in. Simple tasks - like delisting then relisting tickets - take several attempts and/or closing of the app. Either always loading or just a blank screen. It's literally only good to be able to save my tickets to my phone's wallet.
