Easy access to pay your bill, add a new line/new phone, & much more. Basically it's your own customer's service. No more waiting so long through calls trying to get support, you can Chat with a live agent. This is my favorite part, screen shopping or window shopping, looking to see what new phones I want/can afford to add a line to my account & save it to my cart until my budget is available to do so. Everything you need, is all easily available in one place, MY AT&T!!!! Your the Best!!!!

This app SUCKS. I speak for many when I say that this app and most other at&t apps are poorly designed, glitchy and buggy as hell. FIX THIS BS. you click on stuff and it doesn't load properly, or logs out, or does bad things. usually these company apps are screaming at me to pay my bill, but I cant even figure out where to do that. but of course, its me who will lose my service if I don't pay the bill.

This pay app sucks. I could not make payments on this app forever. AT&T salesperson lied to me for a free phone, and it was for a 2-year contract. I found out I was making the payment for the phone. What worse when the salesman gave other salespeople a high five for commission and dishonesty in front of me after I signed. Do NOT go with AT&T!!! Trust me! I was charged for late payment and could not pay on the app. I called the technical support to fix the bugs! They can not fix the issues!
