The game is fun, but I have a couple of recommendations to make the game more satisfying. First, there's a bug where a workemon's loyalty can reach negative numbers and will never leave if you don't pay them, which ironically makes the best workemon the beginner ones as long as you don't promote them for a few years. Next, I'd love it if you were able to rearrange the spots that workemon work at. I just think it would be cool if I could make them more organized. Great game though.

There isn't a gameplay loop: you start a new company, you catch 'Workemons' in a clear parody of a certain franchise. you can only catch them if you have a certain amount of energy. So for a majority of the game, you have to sit and wait! If you just sit and do nothing, you cant progress! Better watch ads for- wait, it doesn't help much at all. 5 minutes to get 3-6 gems on a max reward that drops after 48h. This game would be fun were it not just transparently trying to get you to spend money.

Pretty fun, ads are mostly optional, but my only real complaint is that it's pay to win. You need 300k to buy a heater, something you need in the second year. Nobody has 300k by then. 375k in the shop is some amount of rubies which I forgot, but to buy that amount of rubies is about 30 USD, and that's kinda the only way to get 300k unless you're late in the game. It also takes 10 rubies to promote someone, which is about 1 USD. Other than being heavily pay to win, it's fun.
