won't even let me log on. I already have a shop open. I downloaded the app and it completely skips over the log in screen everyone and goes strait to shop application. it wants me to start a new application every time. editing to add that I have to now do everything via the tt app, making this one useless. adding tax info just gives you a black screen. added it via the tt app and it worked fine. didn't translate to this app at all. nothing works at all- don't use.

I can't even log into this app to be able to use it. I enter all my info to login and it prompts me to a verification page where it asks me all the same questions as it did when I signed up. I've entered in my info and it refused to let me in saying "you've reached the limit on accounts you can register". But I'm simply just trying to login. There's no back button or way around this "verification" on my screen.

My shop ads account got suspended automatically by system, I will give this app 1 star until the issue got resolved. Costumer refund and some feature can only be managed via computer and the system is very problematic so managing return and refund is hard, and customer service is so unresponsive and not helpful at all since most of the solutions provided are wrong. It's a drastic downgrade from tokopedia seller. Please fix this mess of an app.
