Better UI than previous version, gives most information you need. But couple big problems once you are on board. One is security. You log in and out of app using only you name and birth date. NCL site password not available. Second is the way the Freestyle Daily program is presented. It used to be essentially a PDF of the printed program and simple to scroll in. In this version, they tried adding navigational elements that don't actually work. It says "tap to scroll" but nothing happens.

Horrible app. Should be called "Whoops, something went wrong". I have had nothing but connection issues with this app since I installed it. This should be the source of essential information while on your cruise, but I have had to rely on paper since the app is constantly crashing. It's to the point of looking for other cruise lines for my next trip. It's that frustrating.

Doesn't work. Galaxy s23 ultra. EDIT: it works now. But that's not saying much. Half the store is missing or impossible to find. No photo packages listed, not arcade package, spa package is grayed out but I can order it on the website, very slow loading. It's a very pretty app. Too bad it's useless. Edit: works now but still slow. and not synced with the website. nice ui.
