I've been using PayPal for probably 20 years and rarely ever had issues in the time. recently they merged business and standard accounts into one. Since this merge, I've had nothing but issues with this app. I can't send a full invoice with my notes, full business info, it looks total different on the app. I can't check activity, the button doesn't function, I can't update tracking, option doesn't appear. the entire app is different and half not functioning. Please FIX these issues

I use PayPal to send invoices for commissionwork, the app is very buggy and slow. I update it, uninstall and reinstall and it still crashes or is too slow for me to click options. I still have to use it because its easier and arguably "safer" than other payment options. Just wish paypal business was merged with the original app.

I've seen other reviews with the same problem. Been months since I've been able to use the app because it crashes every time. When I open the app I get a spinning wheel where my balance should be, none of the icons work, and then it closes automatically. Yes I tried to clear cache, data and did a fresh install. It made no difference. Frustrating for a business client which is why I moved to my banks integrated payments, square and zelle.
