I've had this phone for almost 4 years and am just now discovering how to "clean" it using Device Help?!? Device Help, by far, seems to be the easiest and safest way to run tests, correct issues and overall just clean it. So, THANK YOU! Y'all should definitely advertise more aggressively!

I really appreciate the fix test to know what is or is not working on my phone. I do have a problem Android Auto won't call my contacts for me.It says I have to allow it to do that in settings. I cant find what to do. its always made calls but just quit a couple of weeks ago.

Didn't help me locate the issue: why isn't my phone receiving text messages from businesses or groups? Tests are too generic and then the results identified the fact that NFC is off as a "failed test" when I chose to leave that off.
