No clear way to start a conversation. The test modes provide a sample but there is nowhere to enter any text to respond back. Update: Restarting the app fixed it, kind of. It froze on first load, then it had no option of entering text or starting a conversation after selecting a username on second load, but 3rd time lucky. Update 2: chat works but no option to use voice as announced anywhere to be found

The biggest issue is battery drain. It's a serious battery hog. It drains 1% every 2 minutes--just running in the background (screen off). It also makes my phone really warm. If I had known the app would drain my battery so much, I wouldn't have bought the frames. The home screen is fairly useless, since they're just tutorials that you've already done when setting up the glasses. Deleting photos/videos requires too many steps.

glasses will not connect to the app. pairs with the phone, but the app is stuck at checking for updates... frustrated! Brand new out the box update: I found out the version of smartglasses I have, haven't been released yet, nor have the firmware. Can't use most of the functions besides music and calls for now. When is the release for the RW4012 being released? I purchased through lenscrafter, and the Meta help desk doesn't help with outside purchased smartglasses.
