Wouldn't let me pay for parking because "license plate didn't match what was scanned at entry." Triple-checked plate even though I didn't need to because we had our plate info saved and had parked in the same lot before. There's no way to bypass this error, either. It just won't let you pay. Absolutely unacceptable to depend on this app and potentially get a ticket for its errors. EDIT: IT GOT WORSE. They retroactively started my session and charged me $75 for TWO DAYS of parking I didn't use.

I mostly use ParkWhiz for airport parking, which has always worked well. So, recently I used it to reserve a spot in a parking garage during a Con held during a busy holiday weekend. The QR code scanned and let me right in then worked perfectly when I left as well. It was so good to know I had a spot waiting and I was able to enjoy my weekend with one less thing to think about. Will definitely be using this app again.

Google Maps led us down a street that was blocked off because of the game being played that day. without the ability to turn around because there was a line of cars behind us all waiting to turn in the parking garage on that street. the only available option was to park in that different parking area than one I paid for so after consideration, I changed my rating from one to 3 stars since it wasn't the apps fault.
