Frustrated that I paid for something unusable. I paid for a full year. I have tried to log on from multiple devices including computers and it says can't connect to server. I have only had my son able to log in once without issues and then in the middle of the game it needs to reboot. Please fix this. Is there a way I can get a refund? I have paid money for something that we can't even use, seems close to a scam they are getting money for something they aren't perfecting.

I can't even really rate the game because it takes forever to load. It's constantly freezing, or locking my kids into an activity they want to leave. We have a time limit on screens, so in 30 minutes they spend probably 15-20 waiting or stuck. They hate this game because it's a waste of their time. I'm glad you offer a free trial because I would be livid if I paid for this. And yes, all of our devices meet specs for this app. It's not a troubleshooting issue, it's poor design.

Super fun, I'm only twelve but still find it very fun! They have pre-made messages so you can chat to other people with those. You can also friend people and travel to their server to meet up with them. I learned a lot about fish from this app, and Equations. Very fun I would recommend this app for other kids. You can also change your avatar in a shop with in-game money which you earn from watching certain amount of short videos. My problem: a lizard steals your coins.
