bad app for the dumbest reason: location should not need to run at all times!!!!! just while using the app! for me giving it wifi, 5g and location (while using app) and being in the app and a foot away from my bike, it shows offline and refuses to do anything useful. also there are many links that 404 too which is bad. from a development/maintenance perspective, this could be greatly improved by a simple reset of a few things on the backend. EDIT: very hard to setup on android

Absolutely bonkers that this app requires precise location access AT ALL TIMES. You'd think would only need it for initially pairing to the bike but the moment you disable location access for the app the Bluetooth connection with the bike is severed. It cannot be reconnect unless you allow precise location access. This is creepy and unnecessary for starters and negatively affects battery usage on the phone. I cannot recommend this company to anyone right now because of this bizarre choice.

I literally can't get this app to stop running in the background without restarting my phone. Pretty mediocre UI and difficult to find the firmware update which is all I care about. I wish this was the same Ecosystem as Turbo. The bike itself is a fine cargo bike for anyone under 5'10".
