app stopped working, installed and re installed and still not responding

app no longer opens. Just stays on the blue screen with the cartology logo then freezes so I cant back out of the blue screen. no issues before this last update. now I am unable to get the reminders as well since the app isn't working. uninstall and reinstall and same thing happens.

It's static. Useless. Not accurate. Does not account for holidays or anything else. The same as having a printed paper on the fridge--but worse. Our paper has the schedule to reflect Federal holidays. Yet, this app still sends notifications to put out waste on days that are skipped due to holiday. Huge fail. 5th graders do better programming.
