About this app

The one-stop app conveniently extends your strategic sourcing and buying solutions from SAP Ariba to your mobile device.

With the SAP Ariba Procurement mobile app, you can,

• Track, act and get notified on sourcing and contract tasks
• Order items from your organization’s internal catalog or request non-catalog items if you do not find what you need in the catalog
• Order items on behalf of another user
• Get notified of purchase requisitions assigned to you and approve them
• View purchase orders and confirm goods receipts for quantity- based orders
• Sign in to the app using single sign-on (SSO) with corporate authentication



Note: In order to use the app, you must be an active user of atleast one of the following – SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Sourcing, or SAP Ariba Contracts. You must also belong to the Ariba Mobile User group.

It's nice when it's working, however it does its "update" way too often and logs me out. That forces me to log into my work laptop, go to the site, and reauthorize my cell phone. I've had to do this countless times, negating the benefit of approving purchases remotely. The whole purpose of the app for me is to be able to use it remotely. It makes no sense why it can't remember the same cell phone I've been using for more than 2 years.

Dear Bob C, The default sign out happens on 30 days currently. We are increasing these days to max 90 days in March. Your admin can set this sign out days to 90 from March release onwards. Pls look for the March update release notes upon release.

I can't get passed installation and setup. I log into my account, and it keeps asking for a "one time password" but there's no clue of where that password is supposed to be found.
