U WILL REGRET IF U GO TO 432 OAKLAND st, CT. they freaking charge me 60 dollars more. Besides, the app did notify me any detail that tehy goona check and charge the service fee. MAKE IT CLEAR PLZZZZ Updated: another U-Haul rental on 8/15/2021 Still a trash App tbh. Blank screen after I clicked the return, which made no sense because I won't see if it's successful or not...

unable to select and upload files from local storage. unable to upload pics after camera takes photos. I had to process the online checkin via laptop. very bad experience
