Dear Bank Al Jazira Team, Assalamu Alaikum, I am facing a serious technical issue: Whenever I click on an International Beneficiary to initiate a fund transfer, the application immediately crashes, and I am unable to proceed with the transaction. This problem has occurred multiple times and is causing inconvenience in sending funds internationally. I kindly request check and fix the problem IMADITLY.thank you

Dear aljazeera bank i open account and now i was logging into account it's showing the password and username is wrong first of all it's not wrong second thing is when i recover my user name and password then it's showing your id number is wrong.
