I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your mobile application and the related user experience regarding coupon access. My main concerns are as follows: - The app makes it difficult to locate available coupons. The process is not intuitive, and I often cannot find coupons when I need them. - The app currently lacks an automatic coupon clipping or saving feature when I scan my phone, which would greatly streamline the shopping experience.

Lately, the new machines at the Harps store (in Fort Gibson) aren't accepting my card number that I have for years to use for coupon discounts. They haven't fixed that problem in months. Also, the self-checkout machines don't accept the app's current bar codes and the shortcut doesn't go to 'Google Pay' anymore, it's 'Google Wallet', which is a bit unreliable. Overall, I'm disgustingly disappointed.

What's the point of having this app? It doesn't tell you what isle your items, from your shopping list, are on, nor can you add the quantity of each item you need. The coupons are sparse. You can't earn fuel points. There's a pop-up at the bottom that constantly asks to use your location. What am I missing as to the purpose of this app?
