Xfinity Mobile Voicemail

Worked fine for years. Then, missed an important voicemail and was emailed that voicemail wasn't set up. I checked, and it was not working. Tried to re-setup and it keeps failing with "authorization error" and had a retry button that only refreshes the page with the same failure. Xfinity support was awful. Spent 3 hours with 3 different people. The had my phone in profile wrong and fixed that and assured voicemail would be fixed too... it still isn't. Reinstalled a dozen times with no luck.

This app is one of the worst out there. It used to work fine, but now doesn't work at all for any of its inteded purposes. It hasn't been updated in 3+ years. It won't display the transcription of any message. It won't play the audio of any message. When you go to delete a message, the app locks up where you can't do anything at all on it without force closing it. DO BETTER!

What's the point of this app if it can't deliver voicemails? After a recent phone update, I got a voicemail notification—had 23 undelivered messages from the last three months. Notifications have always been enabled, yet I don't get alerted in the rare case a voicemail is actually delivered. I've learned not to rely on notifications and check manually; none of the 23 messages were delivered prior to a major Samsung update. Worth mentioning the app hasn’t been updated since 2022. Ridiculous!
