games are fun but it seems when you win big or build a large bank, there is very few wins or payouts until you loose most of your money! very predictable that you would respond this way, but anyone that has played on this app for any length of time knows what I mean. I've won big several times, no matter which game I played, then all of a sudden can't get a win on any game until your $$$ is gone! I'm referring to the slots mainly. But then again it might be because I don't purchase anything

Unfortunately, luck isn't always on our side. Although we have thoroughly checked and are positive that our Random Number Generator works properly - randomly - even we sometimes feel like "it's taking too long" to drop a number. However, games based on chance depend totally on chance. That's why we like them, right?

Subject: Urgent: Game Crashing Issues Need Immediate Fix I want to bring to your attention the ongoing and frustrating issue of game crashes and disconnections that many players, including myself, are experiencing. The frequency of these crashes is making it nearly impossible to enjoy the game, and it’s affecting the overall experience for your dedicated player base. These crashes often result in lost progress, wasted in-game resources and everything. please fix now

I love this game. But there is a few issues, the first being that your data is not safe. If you get a new phone, even with an account, you loose your data. Second off, to sum up my experience the night of this review, "connecting you" every 1-2 minutes that usually happens when I'm supposed to make my move, so it ends up making me fold or miss my turn. Please upgrade your servers.
