I was satiesfied with the service. Only now that something occured that i can't scan parcels. I don't know if theres something wrong with the system or technical error. I wan't some answer with the partner because i don't want that there will be pending items in our store or drop-off point location.

Apps is good every fast scanning, the main problem is pick up always delayed since we activated 1week 3days delayed, 2nd weeks 4days delayed, this coming Christmas is worst 7days delayed, maybe parcel in the station will pick up next year January 2025 still not sure bec from time to time we report but no pick up is coming 😔
