App won't open, when I try it blinks and closes. Uninstalled and reinstalled app several times with no success. it worked last year, not this year. Terrible for UL fans

I had to remove and reload the app due to an issue uploading tickets to post on Ticketmaster. Now, the app will not start up at all. Click on it, and it flashes the logo for a second, then crashes. Contacted UofL, but they had no idea how to fix the situation. I've rebooted and updated my phone. No help. I'm stuck with using website only, I guess.

For the last month, the app won't launch. You try to open, and it immediately flashes on the screen and is gone. Have un-installed and re-installed. Restarted my phone. Still doesn't work. Very aggravated. Have to go to the Customer Care window at each game to get tickets. Annoying
