Auto accepted & cancelled the ride even though I'm not even aware of. Saw my AR dropped and went in to see the detail and realised it. Called customer services to report it. Hopefully... will resolve this ridiculous error. App full of bugs, eg: sound yet no bookings, booking yet no sound, app closed when bings a couple times...etc....

After update unable to connect server. Job assigned rider inform to pu point also can assigned to another driver. This how tada work after updated . Peak hrs always show unable to server. Can hear the pings job sound only displayed empty. Hopefully tada can improved on their app. Tada management should look into it . How can job assigned still able to assigned to another drivers

App should be reconfigured to remove "auto accept" from home screen to prevent accidental activation and then penalised driver for cancellation of an unwanted job. Another shortcoming is the screen changed suddenly and the wrong job was "accepted". Also, sometimes cannot drop off passenger as screen was spammed with many jobs. Lastly, why need QR code for payment? Known to be draggy and problematic and a waste of time. Many places no waiting (not that you don't know correct?).
